We’re looking for a passionate and analytical CX Strategy Consultant to join our team and drive the development of innovative customer experience strategies for our clients. In this role, you will work closely with clients across industries to assess current experiences, benchmark CX maturity, and design strategies that enhance loyalty, satisfaction, and ROI.
Job Responsibilities
Engage directly with clients to understand customer journeys, pain points, and business goals.
Develop end-to-end CX strategies, including automation, self-service, and omnichannel models.
Conduct business case discovery and define CX KPIs and success metrics.
Collaborate with design and technology teams to ensure execution aligns with the defined strategy.
Create and present compelling, data-driven recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
Keep abreast of the latest in CX tech (e.g., Gen AI, Agent Assist, Analytics, RPA).
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a CX consulting or customer journey design role.
Strong understanding of CX technologies, contact centers, and customer service operations.
Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across business and tech functions.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Genesys, NICE, or similar platforms is a plus.
